For The First Time...

alhamdulillah,the most grateful to Allah s.w.t bcoz  for the 1st time in my life i could see my blood flows out from my body into the blood pack...awesome!!!never experience it before..alhamdulillah

i passed all the procedure with my hemoglobin 13.9 which was more than enough for me to donate my blood.
btw,i got a free nasi lemak n some tokens from the hospital...also,i was shocked n yet happy bcoz i loss my weight for about 3 kg...wow,can believe it...hehe

i'm quite scared at first but when i saw my red blood flows out from my body, i smiled to myself and all the pain went away...

if u ask me whether i want to donate my blood again??

the answer is absolutely YES!!!!!
